Sai Bhaiji Tiki

Sai Bhajji Tikki is usually made from Left over Sai Bhajji. Sai Bhajji is a healthy Sindhi dish made with Spinach , dil , dals and mix of many vegetables, it's high in iron. It is a quick appetizer to make when you have some left over Sai Bhaji .This snack is loved by elders.

In a non- stick pan keep Sai bhaiji on high flame so it's juicyness dries up.

Transfer it in a bowl and allow it to cool.

Add all the above ingredients and shape it into round shape.

Heat oil in a pan ; drop one by one tikki.

Let little colour come both side, remove and keep it aside to cool.

While serving fry the tikkis and serve hot with tomato sauce ; mint chutney and tea.

When the tikkis are still warm, take one tikki between your palms and flatten it.

Repeat the process with other tikkis.

One more way of making this tikki is on tava.

Heat the tava and on slow flame roast the tikkis on both sides by flipping it slowly.

Serve hot with tea ☕

Tip ⚡
When frying fry one tikki and see if it breaks add little more besan.
