  1. Halfbowl roasted Makhana
  2. 10roasted almonds
  3. 10toasted cashew nuts
  4. 10roasted walnuts
  5. 1 tbspflax seeds
  6. 1/2 tbspwhite sesame seeds
  7. 2 tbsppumpkin seeds
  8. Halfcucumbers finally chopped
  9. 1onion finally chopped
  10. 1medium size tomato finally chopped
  11. 1/4th finally chopped bell papers
  12. 1 tbspfinally chopped avocado
  13. leavesSome finally chopped coriander
  14. Rock salt according to taste
  15. 1/4th tbsp chilliflex
  16. 2 tbsplemon juice
  17. 1/2 tbspchat masala for test
  18. 2 tbspExtra virgin olive oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast Makhana in 1tbsp olive oil.Roast almonds,cashewnits and walnuts without oil.Wash the cucumber, onion, tomato,avocado and bell peppers with water well and choppe it finally.

    Take a big bowl and put all chopped salads.

    After this add add roasted dry fruits and seeds in it.

    After this add salt chat masala chopped coriander leaves and olive oil in it.Add lemon juice and mix it well with spoon.

    Take it out in a plate and garnish with pumpkin seeds. Our healthy dryfruits salad is ready.
