Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1 cupgrated jaggery
  • 3 tbspghee
  • Dry fruits of your choice

    Put ghee in a pan

  2. 2

    Add semolina and saute till light brown

  3. 3

    Add jaggery and dry fruit and stir continuosly

  4. 4

    Garnish it with rest of the dry fruits

  5. 5

    Your peshawari halwa is ready.
