Chopped the lady finger as per choice shape i have chopped in long 4 slit shape

Then heat the oil add cumin seed and ajwain after crackle of seed add chopped onion, green chilli stir it till light brown colour in high flame

Then add slice ladyfinger fry for 1 min in high flame add red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, turmeric powder and salt mix it well stir fry in high flame for 2-3 min

In high flame cooking no changes of colour of ladyfinger

Then garnish with coriander leaves and red chilli flakes

Serve hot hot with roti

While adding of salt please take care of we are adding chaat masala and dry mango powder first taste then add salt
