Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPrawns
  2. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  4. 1 tspCoriander powder
  5. to tasteRed chilli powder
  6. to tasteGaram Masala
  7. as neededCoriander leaves
  8. 2Onion chopped
  9. 2 tspGarlic paste
  10. to tasteGreen chilli paste
  11. as neededMustard oil
  12. as neededTomato ketchup or Tomato chopped
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. Potato (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make a smooth paste of coriander leaves, garlic and green chilli

  2. 2

    Heat a pan with Mustard oil add chopped onions and stir for sometime until it becomes soft

  3. 3

    Add prawns & potatoes and stir for sometime

  4. 4

    Add the coriander paste and mix well

  5. 5

    Add tomato chopped or tomato ketchup

  6. 6

    Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt

  7. 7

    Mix them well, add little so that it doesn't burn, add garam masala

  8. 8

    Mix well, add some water as per gravy u want..

  9. 9

    Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot
