Eid is a relegious festival which is celebrqted all over india and some other countries. So on behalf of this occasion, i am presenting a special kheer for all of you which will be liked by u all.

Mix one cup of water with full cream milk and put it on flame

Take rice and wash them properly. Now add the rice in the milk.

Cook rice until they becoms soft.

Add almond paste and stir it.

Meanwhile, add cardamom powder and sugar.

Mix it properly in between.

Add ten drops of rose essence.

Now switch off the stove and mix rose petals in kheer.

Serve it after garnishing with pista and rose petals

And your KHEER-E-BAHAR SANG ROSE IS ready.
