To spatchcock a chicken, remove the back bone,leading from it head.

Wash thoroughly and cut off half parts of the legs.

Dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Press the chicken chest flat down until it balances with the legs for even and easier roasting..

Rub the body thoroughly with melted magarine

Mix the yaji spices with the other spices and rub thoroughly over the chicken

Marinate for 2 to 3hrs

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and roast for 1 hr 20 minutes

Baste the chicken with melted magarine after 45 minutes before its fully roasted
