Running pani se achhe se wash karein jisse paneer ka khatta pan nikal jaye - 4
Next paneer Ko kapde me bandh de jab uska Sara pani nikal jaye to kapde se nikal le.

Ab paneer Ko 10-15 minutes tak achhe se masal le ki Vo soft ho jaye
Ab paneer se chhote chapte balls banaye. - 6
Ek pan me sugar & 4 cup water dalkar boil karein & usme rasmalai & Mango essence dal kar 15-20 minutes Dhak kar boil karein.

Jab tak rasmalai boil ho to ek heavy pan me milk boil karne rakhe
Continue hilate hue thick hone tak boil karein. - 8
Jab milk thick hone lage & colour change hone lage to usme sugar dale mix karein gas band karein.

Jab rabdi thodi Thandi ho jaye to usme mango purée dalkar mix karein
Next usme rasmalai dale.
