Steps

Heat a pan and then add 1 tbsp ghee.

Add broken vermicelli roasted in a low flame

Add chopped dry fruits

Add 2cup of milk slowly

Stir and mix very well,wait for 5mins untill cooked

Add sugar and mixed gently

Add cardamom powder and milk powder mixed it

Finely add fresh cream and grated coconut

Mixture will start thickening switch off the flame, seviyan is ready to serve.
