Steps

First boil the moong daal with little salt.

Take 1 tsp oil add heeng, zeera, little salt, black pepper and put it in the boiled daal. let it cool

Take maida, Add salt, Ajwain and 1 tablespoon oil and knead it with cold water and keep it for 15 minutes

Heat oil

Roll Maida and fill daal and make the shape of samosas

Fry one by one on low flame
- 7
Serve with ketchup and mint chutney
