Peel the eggplants in four strips lengthwise, then use a knife to make seven cuts at the ends of each eggplant. Once all the eggplants are prepared,

Stuff them with the ground meat mixture. After stuffing, arrange them in a baking dish, add the tomato juice, salt, and spices, and cook on the stovetop or bake in the oven for 1 hour on low heat.

You can also grill them in the oven. Enjoy!
