Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1/2 cupdurum wheat pasta (boiled)
  2. 1/2capsicum finely chopped
  3. 1small onion finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cupsoya chunks soaked in lukewarm water for 15 mins
  5. 1/2 tbspOlive oil
  6. 1/2 tbspBlack pepper
  7. As neededPink Himalayan salt
  8. 1/4 tbspGaram masala
  9. 1/2 lemon For Lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tbspCoriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil into a pain and allow it to heat.

  2. 2

    Add onions and soya chunks and stir till both turn golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add in all the spices and cover for 10 mins. Add a little amount of water if required.

  4. 4

    Add the durum wheat pasta. Cover for 2-3 mins and tadaaaaa, it's done!! Your healthy durum wheat pasta is ready to eat. Add some mayonnaise if you are not having it as a weight loss meal and enjoy. :-)
