This is the best snack option for those who feel a craving for a restaurant style pasta as it is on a much healthier side and tastes equally delicious. It is not recommended as a daily snack but can be taken once in 2 weeks.
Steps

Add oil into a pain and allow it to heat.

Add onions and soya chunks and stir till both turn golden brown.

Add in all the spices and cover for 10 mins. Add a little amount of water if required.

Add the durum wheat pasta. Cover for 2-3 mins and tadaaaaa, it's done!! Your healthy durum wheat pasta is ready to eat. Add some mayonnaise if you are not having it as a weight loss meal and enjoy. :-)
