Ingredients

  1. 3-4potatoes
  2. 1/2 cuponion paste
  3. 1 cuptomato puree
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tspgarlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. To tastesalt
  10. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a cooker add cumin and onion paste and saute.

  3. 3

    Now add garlic paste,tomato puree and spices and saute till it leaves the oil.

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and water take 2 whistle and cook on low flame for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Your quick and easy sabji is ready to eat.
