Braise milk powder in ghee till nicely browned up add eggs and cardamon powder mix well add condensed milk and nutmeg powder, braise till thickens up and sticky add walnuts and mix well remove from flame and pour on thhali
NB: I added 1/2 cup fried goond, fried it in ghee, to give a classy touch of crispy effect
