Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 3Potatoes cut into slices
  • 1/2pumpkin cut into slices
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2-3green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonfive spices
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add onion slices saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add the Potatoes and pumpkin stir fry well adding salt and turmeric

  4. 4

    Cover it for a while

  5. 5

    Finally add sugar and fry on high flame
