Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2eggs
  • Bread
  • 2 teaspoonmilk
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat together egg, milk, salt, and vanilla.

  2. 2

    Heat a lightly oiled panover medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Put each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides.

  4. 4

    Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot.
