Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 2carrot sticks
  3. Cooking oil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 5 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add salt and cooking oil to water then boil.

  2. 2

    Grate carrots and add to the boiling water.

  3. 3

    Continue to boil for 2 minutes to soften the carrots.

  4. 4

    Add rice to the mixture. Cook until ready.

  5. 5

    Serve with fried beef.
