White rice and Fish Sauce

Steps

Wash and cut carrots, grean peas, green pepper and set aside

Slice onions, garlic cloves. Heat oil and fry carrots, green peas, green pepper, red pepper, garlic and onion, seasoning cube and a pinch of salt for just 2minutes.

Boil fish with seasoning cube, onions,salt and thyme for 3minutes. Drain water and place fish in a plate.

Add fish water to the fried vegetables mixture. And cook for 2minutes. Mix flour with water and add to the mixture. Add the fish, curry powder, seasoning powder, salt to taste. Cook for 5minutes and bring down.

Wash and parboil rice. Seive water, wash rice again and cook till soft. Serve with Fish sauce.
