First boil milk till it gets 1/4 in quantity and keep it aside until it cools.

Mix well coconut paste, jaggery syrup and cardamom powder. Then deep freeze it for 2 hours.

Either beat the mixture in beater or mix in grinder. It will get fluffy and then again deep freeze it with lid for 1 hour.

Now kulfi is ready. Serve this kulfi in an ice cream bowl and garnish with almond flakes along with jaggery syrup.
