Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupfresh peeled coconut paste
  2. 2 tbsgur syrup
  3. 1 tspcardamom powder
  4. 2 cupfull cream milk
  5. 1 tspalmond flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil milk till it gets 1/4 in quantity and keep it aside until it cools.

  2. 2

    Mix well coconut paste, jaggery syrup and cardamom powder. Then deep freeze it for 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Either beat the mixture in beater or mix in grinder. It will get fluffy and then again deep freeze it with lid for 1 hour.

  4. 4

    Now kulfi is ready. Serve this kulfi in an ice cream bowl and garnish with almond flakes along with jaggery syrup.

  5. 5

    Celebrate your Eid with this refreshing gur-coconut kulfi.
