1/8 tground black pepper
2 Cheavy whipping cream
TT kosher salt
.5 Cparmesan cheese (grated)

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.

Add the garlic, cream, pepper and salt, and bring mixture to a simmer.
