Ingredients

  1. .5 CUnsalted Butter
  2. 2ea garlic cloves (minced)
  3. 1/8 tground black pepper
  4. 2 Cheavy whipping cream
  5. TT kosher salt
  6. .5 Cparmesan cheese (grated)

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.

  2. 2

    Add the garlic, cream, pepper and salt, and bring mixture to a simmer.

  3. 3

    Add the cheese.

  4. 4

    Simmer the sauce for 8 minutes or until thick.
