Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 2 cupsheavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cupshredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cupmozzarella
  • Parsley, garlic salt, and white pepper too taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter and whipping cream together, with continuous whisking.

  2. 2

    Add spices and mix. Turn to a medium temperature until slowly starts to bubble.

  3. 3

    Then continually whisk while slowly feathering in the cheeses, until all melted and is creamy smooth.
