Heat pan add oil bring it to a heat. Add ground nuts, Chanadal, jeera, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Stir for a minute

Now add all the chopped vegetables. Add required salt and a pinch of turmeric. Now add 1 spoon of garlic ginger paste.sort it for 3 minutes.

Add mentioned amount of water and bring it to a boil..Now taste the salt in the water...should be a bit high as we will add sevayya...

Now add semolina and sevayya....mix it well....and leave it....let it cook....Please make in a spacious pan....

Don't place lid...make the flame slim and let the water drain completely.......
