1/4 cupCarrots thinly sliced
1/4 cupCapsicum thinly sliced
1/2 cupAny veggies of your choice
to tasteSoya sauce,green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce
to tasteSalt
to tasteLemon juice optional

Heat oil in a kadai add onions and other veggies, saute till tender

Add all the sauces and salt,cook for about 2-3 minutes
