Take milk, cmc,gms, cornflour,sugar mix well and heat boil for 3to 4 mins

Keep stiring continuously

Remove it from gas and stir it for few mins and bring it to the room temprature

When it cools down pour it into air tight container and keep it to set for 6-7hours

Ur icecream base is ready

Now take paan. gulkand.elaichi powder. and menthol in a mixer and crush it

In a bowl take icecream base and add paan ingridients and mix well with beater and set it in freezer

Ur ice cream is ready
