Blanch the palak and make a paste.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin and hing.

Now add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste and saute it.

Add spices saute till leave the oil.

Add palak paste and some water take boil

Add paneer cubes and garam masala.

Cook on low flame for 5 min.

Serve with roti
