Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 tablespoonsOnion slices
  • 1 CupTofu
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander leave,
  • 1/2 teaspoonCumin
  • 1 tablespoonOil
  • 1/2-1 teaspoonGreen chilies (optional),
  • 1-2 pinchesTurmeric powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a frying pan. Pour oil and heat it.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds, slices of onion, and green chilies to the hot pan.

  3. 3

    Fry them until they become very light brown in colour.

  4. 4

    Take tofu crumble it then mix this crumbled tofu to the above seasoned onion, green chilli slices.

  5. 5

    Add salt, turmeric powder and garnish with coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
