#vegan - Scrambled Tofu is a replacement for egg . Here Tofu is used which is a good sauce of calcium, proteins, iron. It is cholesterol and gluten free .Even low in calories unlike “Egg”.
Steps

Take a frying pan. Pour oil and heat it.

Add cumin seeds, slices of onion, and green chilies to the hot pan.
- 3
Fry them until they become very light brown in colour.
- 4
Take tofu crumble it then mix this crumbled tofu to the above seasoned onion, green chilli slices.
- 5
Add salt, turmeric powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
- 6
Serve hot.
