Break the eggs and whisk for 5minutes it will be foamy.

Heat up coconut oil after 2minutes.put curry,thyme,Fresh pepper,Salt and onion.fry for 30seconds.

Pour in the egg then fry till is well formed.

Boil the sausgaes with a pinch of salt and fry in hot coconut oil for 2minutes.
