Steps

In a vessel add 4 cups water. Boil it. To the boiling water add pasta, salt and few drops of oil.

Let it boil. Taste whether the pasta is cooked or not. Later drain the excess water and wash it under cold water

In a pan take little oil.. add the vegetables (as describe in ingredients) add salt n a pinch of Pepper to it.

Let it cook partially so that it is little crunchy. Transfer it to a plate.

Heat 1 and half tbsp butter in the pan.. keep the flame on medium only.

Add 1/2 tsp garlic and saute

Now add maida (all purpose flour) stir continuously and you will get a thick consistency

Now add milk.. little milk.. then mix then add more milk n mix.. so that no lumps are formed

Cook it for approx 3 minutes add then add origano,chilli flakes and pepper. Mix well.

Now add vegetables and pasta to the above prepared sauce. Mix evenly. Garnish with oregano. And serve hot 😋
