In a bowl add flour,ajwain, black pepper, salt to taste and melted ghee. Mix all ingredients and start adding water to form soft dough. Leave it aside for 15 minutes.

Knead the dough for one minute and take a small ball and roll it on surface and cut small round discs using cutter.

With a knife cut small slits as per photograph and shape in flower shape. Make indent with folk as per photograph and finally take a whole pepper corn and stick in the middle.

Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Flower mathari is ready to serve. Theses mathari can be stored in airtight container and can keep for 20 to 25 days. - 8
