Steps

First we will peel the mangoes and cut the pulp into small pieces

Now we will make a paste of the pulp in the mixer. The mango paste is ready

Will put it in a pan,place it on the stove and add some sugar.

Cook this paste till it become thick in consistency.

Thick now.lets check if it is sticky enough.

The thicker this pulp is,the sooner it will congeal into solid aam papad.

Coat the plate with a little ghee

Put the pulp into the plate.

Now we will put it in the sun to dry.

Will need to keep the aam papad in the sun for 2 days before it is ready.

Now we will cut it into pieces.

Enjoy aam papad.
