Ingredients

  • 1 Cshallots, minced fine
  • 1/2 Cblonde ale (50/50 beer/white vinegar)
  • 1 Tbapple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tspsugar
  • 1 Tspsea salt
  • 1 Tsppink peppercorn (crushed)

    Mix all ingredients in bowl

  2. 2

    Pour into 2"deep 1/2 hotel pan

  3. 3

    Put in freezer until solid

  4. 4

    Bring to line for service
