Ingredients

3 -4 servings
  • For dough
  • 2 cupsMaida
  • 2 tbspOil
  • Salt to taste
  • For stuffing
  • 1/12 cupGathiya
  • 2 tbspImli khajur chutney
  • 1 tspVaryali
  • 1/2 tspKhus khus
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspRed chillie powder
  • 4Cloves crush
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First we will make dough take maida add oil and salt add water make dough the dough should be hard or loose and keep it for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    For stuffing Take a kadhai add oil add the khajur amli chutney add crushed cloves garam masala varyali red chillie powder Khus Khus and salt and mix well

  3. 3

    Take a dough roll it in a small puri put the stuffing close it and fry it on medium flame

  4. 4

    So the tasty dry kachori is ready

  5. 5

    It's optional you make it in big khasta kachori crush it add in imli khajur chutney coriander chutney onion curd jeera powder chaat masala red chilli powder coriander leaves and see it taste 😋
