Ingredients

  • 7eggs
  • 4 Csugar
  • 2 Ccocoa powder
  • 2 Tspsea salt
  • 1 1/2 Tspvanilla
  • 5-6 CAP Flour
  • 2 Cbutter, melted and room temp
  • 1/2 Cmilk
  • 2-3 CPuget Sound Porter

Steps

  1. 1

    In stand mixer, beat eggs until smooth

  2. 2

    Add sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add milk, beer, butter.

  4. 4

    Slowly incorporate flour (use more or less to get right consistentcy), occasionally scraping the sides of the bowl.

  5. 5

    Pour into greased full size sheet pan

  6. 6

    Bake at 350 for 25 min

  7. 7

    Put on speed rack in fridge to cool.

  8. 8

    Once cool cut into 4"x4" squares and wrap in plastic wrap.
