Ingredients

  • 300 gmKathal
  • 1Onion big finely chopped
  • 8-9garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • 1Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 2 clove
  • 8-10 kali Mirch
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2Tej patta
  • Oil as required

Steps

    Sabse pahle kathal ko medium size k tukdo me cut kar le usko deep fry kare lekin me deep fry avoid karti hu isliye mene pressure cooker me thoda oil dal k usko acche se paka liya. Yake bad tel garam karke tej patta, long, kali Mirch, dal di 30 sec k bad onion, garlic and green chili dal k acche se paka liya,sabi sukhe masale dal k 1min bhuna fir tomato purie dal k oil realese hone tak paka liya isme kathal or shimla Mirch dal di pani dal k consistency adjust kar lijiye jesi aap khana chahe

    Now add some garam masala and garnish withchopped Coriander leaves and serve it
