Slice paneer in lengthwise. Take a bowl and add salt 1/4 teaspoon, red chilli powder 1/6 teaspoon, chat masala and mix all these and take two slices of paneer and apply this masala on the dinner surface two slices like sandwich.

Take a big bowl and add besan, choriander leaves, chopped green chilli, onion, ajwain and rest of all dry masala. Now mix it with water to make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan and coat these masala filled paneer slices with besan paste and fry these pakodas till light brown colour.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
