Ingredients

  1. 4pork loin chops
  2. 1 cupsoy sauce
  3. I tsp garlic (minced)
  4. 1 tspginger (minced)
  5. 1 tbsphoney
  6. 1/2 tspChinese 5 spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients to make a marinade and marinate chops for 2-3 hours

  2. 2

    Fry chops until cooked through leave to rest.

    Add marinade to the pan and boil mixing all the time until sauce thickens
