Ingredients

  1. 4 cupAgugu
  2. 6scotch bonnet pepper (blended)
  3. 1onion bulb (chopped)
  4. 3Maggi cube
  5. 1 cuppalm
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and boil agugu with pressure pot for 45min

  2. 2

    Wash the agugu when it becomes tender and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Pour palm oil in a dry pot, add onion and pepper stir.

  4. 4

    Add Maggi, Salt then pour the washed agugu mix everything together then allow for 5min

  5. 5

    Then serve agugu it's delicious.
