Take a heavy bottom pan and add olive oil do not heat it much and add the arrow root powder and stir for a while and add garlic powder. At this point you can add capsicum if you desire

After stirring for two minutes add almond milk and whisk thoroughly adding little water to avoid from sticking to pan

In the end add salt black pepper oregano cashew butter and mix them well adding milk to adjust consistency.. donot keep the heat on high flame through out the recipe all ingredients are prone to browning at high temperatures. The recipe might change with colour of dish

After done add the boiled macroni or any pasta adding vegan herbed parmesan cheese in the last and optional sprinkling of spring onions

You can bake it at 180 degree for 5 minutes in a preheated oven for getting a crispy brown layer on top of cheese or serve as it is. I did not bake the dish but have done it before gives a wonderful look to the dish
