Steps

Take oil in a Kadhai, add cumin seeds & Asafoetida.

Then add the Okra’s (Bhindi), squeeze half a lime over it and let it cook till it becomes crisp (Don’t cover the lid. Cook it open. Sauté it as and when required)

Once it turns crisp, add chilli powder, Dhania jeera powder, turmeric powder, Chat masala & Salt to taste.

Serve the Crispy or Kurkuri Bhindi hot with any kind of Indian bread else have it like a popcorn
