Ingredients

4capsicum
4boil and mashed potatoes
2chopped onion
2green chillies
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp red chilli
1/4 tsp dry mango powder.
to tastesalt
4 tsp oil

Steps

Mash the potatoes

Add chopped onions and green chillies
3

Add salt and all masalas
4

Mix well

Cut the capsicum from the centre and deseed it

Fill the potato stuffing
7

Heat oil in a pan
8

Cook the capsicum from both sides
9

Serve with chapati.
