Ingredients

  1. 4capsicum
  2. 4boil and mashed potatoes
  3. 2chopped onion
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilli
  7. 1/4 tsp dry mango powder.
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 4 tsp oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the potatoes

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add salt and all masalas

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Cut the capsicum from the centre and deseed it

  6. 6

    Fill the potato stuffing

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan

  8. 8

    Cook the capsicum from both sides

  9. 9

    Serve with chapati.
