Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1/2 cupsoaked rice
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 1 kgmilk reduced to half
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 1 tspKewda water
  • 2 tspDry fruits chopped
  • 1 dropOrange food colour

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rice for 1/2 hr

  2. 2

    Grind it.

  3. 3

    In a pan add milk. Let it reduce for 10 minutes. Add grind rice. Cook it on low flame. Add sugar check the rice if done add cardamom powder. Kewda water. Food colour. Mix well.sprinkle dry fruits over.

    Pour in earthen bowls keep it in fridge.
