Boil the meat first

Chopped the two onions, and put the onions in a sufuria and add the cooking oil and let it cook until it turns brown

When the onions are brown add the mashed tangawizi and ginger and let it cook for sometime then add your meat and let it cook

Blend the two tomatoes

Add your nutmeg powder and chilli powder in the meat and let it cook for 3 minutes then add your tomato paste then add your blended tomatoes and let the meat boil for 10 minutes and the final step add your chopped dhania and your beef stew is ready now

Place your sufuria and add the dessicated coconut, cooking oil, warm water and the rice and boil your rice

Finally steam your spinach with the one onion, and lastly serve and enjoy your meal while still hot
