For the Base, cream the butter and sugar

Then mix in the egg

Add the flour and mix untill all combined

Press into square baking tray and bake on 160° untill golden

For the topping. Mix the sugar and the egg

Then add the coconut and mix
- 7
When the base is cooked, spread on the jam (as much as you like)

Then put the coconut topping on and press it down slightly
- 9
Bake at 160° for 25 minutes
