Ingredients

1.5 cupurad daal dhuli
1/2 tsp heeng
2onions
2green chillies
Salt as Per taste
1/2 tbspgaram masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Oil for deep frying

Steps

Soak the urad daal for 3-4hrs, grind it to paste not very fine as we need bit crunch in our bhajiya.

In paste add chopped onions chopped chillies,heeng and all other spices mix well and rest for 10-15 minute.

Heat a pan and put refined oil for deep frying

Put the ready paste in hot oil for deep frying by spoon, Make all bhajiya like the and serve hot with onions salad, fried chillies and sauce
