Seviyan kheer also known as vermicelli kheer is a must at any festival at our place . Making vermicelli kheer is very easy & doesn't take much time. This is an easy recipe to make vermicelli kheer & gets done in 20 min.
Steps

Put ghee- in a frying pan & put it in on low flame. Put the vermicelli in ghee& stir it with the stirring spoon till they turn brown.now turn off the gas. Take out the vermicelli on a plate.

Put the milk in a thik bottomed wak& boiled it, when the milk start's boiling,put the vermicelli in it& continuosly stir till the milk start's boiling again, now add the Cashew nuts,sugar, raisins in the vermicelli & lower the flame.

When the vermicelli becomes soft, turn off the gas.(After the milk has boiled within 6-7 min the vermicelli kheer will be ready). Mix the cardamom- powder in the pudding.

Take out the vermicelli kheer in a bowl & garnish it with sliced almonds.
