Cut the ugali into thin slices

Heat some oil in a heavy pan (I use chapatis)

Put the ugali slices in one layer...sprinkle salt, the sim sim and spice of your choice

Brown on both side.Cook on moderate heat so that not to burn the sim sim

Remove from pan when ready and enjoy as a snack or with tea
