1 cupSteamed mix veggies(eggplant,cauliflower,capsicum
1 bowlSweet potato,carrot,pumpkin)
2 tbspolive oil
1 pinchBlack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspLemon juice
1/2 tspChopped ginger
1/2 tspChopped garlic
1/2 tspChopped green chilli
1 tspMint leaves

All the veggies cut in cubed and steam it.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add ginger,garlic and green chilli and saute for one mins.

Add blanched vegetables and toss it.

Season with salt and black pepper powder.

Pour lemon juice and mix it well
