12finger okra chopped
1 bunchugwu leaf sliced
4fresh pepper blended
2onion bulb blended
4Maggi cube
Fried ice fish
2 teaspooncrayfish
1/3 cuppalm oil
to tasteSalt

Pour palm oil in a pot, add onion,pepper then stir for 3min.

Add the okra and stir with Maggi and salt for 2min

Add water and crayfish then pour the ice fish then allow for 3min to heat.

Pour the ugwu leaf stir allow for 2min then serve.
