Ingredients

  • 1 cupselfraising
  • 2 Tbsp.Sugar
  • 2 tbsp.Butter/margarine
  • 1/2-3/4 cupmilk
  • 1egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice n some zest

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter n sugar till fluffy

  2. 2

    Add egg n beat again then put the flour mix properly

  3. 3

    Put milk beat n lastly add lemon.

  4. 4

    Grease ur pan on medium heat,put ur batter n spread it turn once n thats it.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with honey n hot tea!!
