Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the yogurt and oil, then rub the flour mixture with your hands. Gradually add warm water to the flour until you get a soft, smooth dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it double in size.

For the filling, blend the onion and tomatoes in a blender. Add the meat, yogurt, tahini, and spices, and blend again until well combined.

Roll out the dough and cut it into circles. Place some filling in the center of each circle, then gather the edges and arrange them on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the sfiha in a preheated oven until golden brown on the top and bottom.
